Matt Lemakos was born and raised in River Edge, NJ. He attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL where he received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice. Upon graduating from Lynn University, Matt traveled to California to attend law school at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa. During his time in law school, Matt was exposed,
Matt Lemakos was born and raised in River Edge, NJ. He attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL where he received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice. Upon graduating from Lynn University, Matt traveled to California to attend law school at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa. During his time in law school, Matt was exposed, through internships, to a wide array of legal fields ranging from foreclosure defense to defending local California medical marijuana dispensaries against municipalities.
After graduating from law school, Matt moved back to Florida and began working in litigation with a focus on first party property claims. Matt’s attention to detail and negotiation skills have allowed him to successfully settle hundreds of cases to get his clients millions of dollars in unpaid insurance proceeds when their insurance company refuses to pay. Matt simply will not back down when it comes to fighting for his clients regardless of the type of claim.
